The word healing comes from the Old English word "haelen" meaning: "To make whole." Healing is about assisting in such a way that what is split or fragmented
or disconnected can move toward reintegration into the whole.
Integrated Healing may use several or just one of the following in a session:

You can choose one of these before your session begins, or you can allow the most appropriate method (or combination) to become apparent as your session unfolds. The choice is yours.
Reiki is a form of energy work that channels Universal Life Force Energy through the Reiki practitioner into the client.
The Power of Words uses written and spoken words to clarify and then begin to transform the client's difficult issues.
In Dreamwork, the client brings dream images to a session and the facilitator helps the client to discover and clarify the meanings and messages in the dream images.
