IKH is based on an integration of the wisdom and truth found in ancient and modern traditions, including Kabbalah, contemporary psychological insights, Buddhist teachings and quantum physics. It recognizes that body, mind and spirit are one. It also understands that relationship is the foundation of everything. By working with the qualities that make up all of reality, IKH affects us at the fundamental level of creation.
Using the elements of creation found in The Tree of Life, this work attunes the very core of our being. It gently rectifies our longings for connection, a sense of place or home, and a sense of victory--the qualities that can help us truly know splendor. In doing so, it impacts our relationships with ourselves and with others.
IKH also works to enhance our relationships with justice, structure, order, boundaries, and with boundless, ever-flowing loving kindness. It increases our ability to receive and be received. It helps us connect with truth and our inner wisdom.
As our oldest, most painful wounds (sometimes invisible to us when we begin this work) start to heal, our egos also heal. Our relationship to life itself changes as this work helps us discover and deeply know our place--our home in the scheme of things.
The effects of an IKH session can be subtle, dramatic or anything in between and will continue to play out over time. Deep healing work of this nature integrates at its own pace in an organic way (like a tree growing from a seed). Each session builds upon prior sessions, so the effects increase as a client moves toward wholeness.
Integrated Kabbalistic Healers must attend a minimum of three years in an intensive training program through A Society of Souls. Ms. Rittenhouse attended an optional fourth year to deepen her understanding of this work and to learn the advanced healings. In addition, she continues to attend post-graduate workshops and monthly supervision sessions. Jude has a profound commitment to being a healing force in the world.
