A session lasts an hour to an hour and a half and can take place in person or over the phone, long distance.  During the first part of your session, you will talk about and get deeply in touch with whatever issues seem most present, pressing or urgent. 

You can expect to be received with an extraordinary level of compassion, kindness and relationship.  The truth of your own   experience will guide each session.

During the final portion of the session you may lie down, fully clothed, and the healer may lightly touch you in a non-intrusive way while completing the healing in silence. 

At the end of a first session, one of Jude's clients said, "It feels like something that was taken away from me has been returned."   

After a very advanced session, another client said: "This felt like waves of letting go and opening, like being held in God's hands, like safety.  It felt monumental."

Since each individual is unique, it is best to come without expectations about results.  Instead, let this work help you increase your trust in yourself and in your journey.
